Treadmill Troubleshooting

Please go through the troubleshooting questions below and let us know your findings by an email to support@rehabtechnology.com.au.
This will help us understand the issue and provide you with a proper resolution.

1. Please check the powerpoint that the treadmill is plugged into - Can you confirm that this is working with another appliance plugged in?

2. Is the treadmill plugged into an extension cord or powerboard?

3. Is there any further appliances plugged into the same power circuit whether that be another fitness product, fridge or anything else?

4. Is the treadmill plugged into a 10 Amp Dedicated Circuit?

5. Can you confirm the cord is plugged in correctly to the treadmill - you might like to unplug and replug it into the treadmill to make sure it is securely plugged in?

6. Any visible damaged or loose connections?

7. Does the treadmill power up at all - Does the treadmill on/off switch at the base light up when you switch it on?

8. Any Error codes or messages on the display console?

9. Any issues or noise noticed when it was last in use?
