  1. Do both pucks slowly pulse on & off to indicate they are charging when in the charging dock?
  2. When placing both pucks on the table, do they each vibrate or show a light when pressed on?
  3. Was the device charging for a long period of time without any use?

FitMi Resync

Thanks for getting back to me.  We truly apologise for the inconvenience.
I will be working with you to make sure the device back up and running and functioning correctly.

We first need to make sure we are following the resync process correctly.
A trick to try is to plug all 3 FitMi components into the charging dock.

  1. First, identify if the pucks hold a charge.
  2. Next the purple receiver should stay illuminated when plugged into the charging dock.
  3. Next, please unplug the power cord from the FitMi Charging Dock, wait 5 seconds followed by plugging it back in and pressing the Resync Button.  The Resync Button is very small and located right next to the power port entrance on the charging dock.  After pressing the button the devices should change color or flash.  (If your device has no button, don't worry, complete the same steps just unplug wait 5 seconds, and plug back in.  Once on the program's main screen, press the S on the keyboard and a resync menu will appear.
Once that's completed please retry the exercise.
