LiteGait Initial Troubleshooting

Please go through the troubleshooting questions below and let us know your findings by an email to support@rehabtechnology.com.au.

This will help us understand the issue and provide you with a proper resolution.

1. Any visible damaged or loose connections?

2. Make sure the LiteGait is turned on. To turn on LiteGait please make sure the red Emergency

Stop button is not depressed by twisting the button clockwise.

3. Does the control box recognize the battery? Photo of the capacity indicator would be helpful.

4. Does the battery hold charge under load?

5. Which color does the LED light charger show (Red/Green)?

6. Do you have the battery covered in a hard casing or wrapped in a black plastic film? (See Litegait references)

7. Any issues or noise noticed when it was last in use?

8. Does the Hand Switch Communicate with Control Box? Can you hear a clicking sound at the control box on pressing the buttons?
